Lead Clinician · Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Facilitate SensoriWorks IOP therapy groups using our sensory-affirming, whole-person model.
Education & licensure
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or marriage & family therapy.
Fully licensed mental health provider in Washington State (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist), in good standing.
Experience & training
Foundational understanding of Polyvagal Theory and the Window of Tolerance model.
Training in Interpersonal Neurobiology, Somatic Therapy, or Play Therapy techniques (including psychodrama and role-play).
Experience with neurodivergent clients and an understanding of neurotypes and profiles of neurodivergence.
Experience working with teens and adolescents (required for Teen IOP groups).
Must be Queer/LGBTQIA+ affirming and BIPOC competent.
Schedule & hours
Available to facilitate groups Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 12:00–3:00 PM and 4:30–7:30 PM.
Plus clinical administration: documentation, clinical team meetings, and supervision.
15–25 hours per week, part-time, W-2 employment.
Compensation & benefits
Group facilitation: $75–$95/hour, based on licensure and experience.
Administrative rate: $35/hour for documentation, reporting, case management, and clinical meetings.
Shadowing and training are paid at the administrative rate during onboarding.
Employees working 20+ hours/week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and PTO.
Associate Clinician · Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Co-facilitate IOP groups and wrap services under our licensed team’s supervision, delivering care in the SensoriWorks model.
Education & licensure
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or marriage & family therapy.
Active Washington associate credential (e.g., LMHCA, LMFTA, LICSWA, LSWAA) or Agency Affiliated Counselor, working toward full licensure.
Clinical supervision toward your licensure hours is provided.
Experience & training
Familiarity with, or eagerness to train in, Polyvagal Theory, the Window of Tolerance, and somatic/play-based techniques.
Interest or experience working with neurodivergent clients.
Experience working with teens and adolescents (required for Teen IOP groups).
Must be Queer/LGBTQIA+ affirming and BIPOC competent.

Provide individual therapy, family and couples therapy, and general outpatient groups and workshops for SensoriWorks clients.
Education & licensure
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or marriage & family therapy.
Fully licensed in Washington State (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist), in good standing.
Experience & training

A base hourly rate plus a percentage of collected fees for billable services.
Licensed clinicians in good standing: target compensation in the $75–$95/hour range.
Administrative rate: $35/hour for documentation and indirect hours.
