OWNER, MARKETING DIRECTOR

Nick Osborn, MS, RYT-200

Nick is a yoga instructor and data scientist who has a passion for helping people live an embodied life.

He has been working for over a decade in the healthcare industry, measuring and assessing programs and has a unique perspective on the medical, mental health and wellness fields. Nick is behind the scenes, adding a warm touch to all of our program’s communications systems and designing UX to improve client experiences.

Mae Ghylin-Base, RYT-200

Mae is deeply curious about how humans function and heal, and she is drawn to the intersections of culture, mental health, and the mind-body connection. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Arabic and has worked as an advocate, case-managing for immigrant survivors of domestic violence. Mae has extensive experience with diverse populations — from immigrants of different countries to children in the foster system to older adults navigating dementia — and she brings empathy and openness to connecting with each client.

As a trained yoga teacher, she integrates mindfulness and somatic awareness into her practice, helping clients cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves and strengthen their capacity to be present. She approaches her work with the belief that healing is communal: when one of us heals, we all heal.

CLINICAL INTERN

Ryan Beeler

Ryan is a clinical mental health counselor in training who’s passionate about helping teens and families navigate life’s challenges with curiosity, compassion, and honesty. Before entering the counseling field, he spent many years working in housing, focused on expanding access to affordable housing and advocating for it as a basic human right. That experience deepened his belief that stability and care, both emotional and practical, are essential for people to thrive. He believes deeply in the techniques and structure of the SensoriWorks program, which emphasize emotional regulation, mindfulness, and authentic connection. As he continues to learn and grow within this model, he is focusing on creating a space where clients feel safe to show up as they are and explore what is really going on beneath the surface. Outside of work, he loves spending time outdoors, rock climbing, cooking, and finding creative ways to unwind and stay grounded.
